Where Care Meets Continuum

While others digitize healthcare, Patiento unifies it.
We connect public and private healthcare systems — across hospitals, clinics, and borders — so that care can finally follow the patient, not the paperwork.

The Problem We’re Solving

Across Europe — and beyond — healthcare systems collect data beautifully but share it poorly.

Patients who move between hospitals, countries, or even sectors often face the same frustration: repeat tests, inconsistent records, and a sense that their story is lost in translation.

Patiento began as a question:

“What if healthcare could remember us wherever we go?”

We’re exploring how that can become reality — through technology, ethics, and design that puts the patient first.

The Vision

Patiento aims to create a secure bridge between public and private healthcare systems, allowing patients to control access to their health information across borders.

We’re not building another data platform.
We’re building the space between them — a continuum of care.

Our guiding principles:

  • Simplicity before scale — start small, prove the idea.

  • Collaboration before competition — partner with existing systems, not replace them.

  • Trust before technology — transparency, consent, and human connection first.

Where We Are Now

Patiento is currently in formation in Poland, with a focus on research, feasibility, and partnership mapping.
The goal is to pilot the idea within one regional hospital network and a small number of private providers — proving that ethical interoperability can work in practice.

If successful, this model could later integrate with the European Health Data Space (EHDS) framework.

We are not selling or fundraising publicly.
We’re building alignment, gathering evidence, and seeking like-minded partners who share this vision.
