Our Beginning
Patiento was not born from a boardroom.
It began in quiet moments — inside clinics, during late-night reflections, and in conversations with patients who carried folders of test results between systems that couldn’t speak to one another.
It began with a simple, persistent question:
“Why can’t healthcare remember us — wherever we go?”
This question became a calling.
And from that calling, the idea of Patiento started to take form:
a patient-centered bridge between public and private healthcare, between countries, and between stories that deserve to be connected.
Our Purpose
Patiento exists to restore continuity to healthcare — not by replacing systems, but by helping them work together.
We believe that every person should have secure, seamless access to their medical information, wherever they seek care.
We believe that privacy and progress can coexist.
And we believe that technology should serve humanity — not the other way around.
Our goal is to unify what’s already working: public health systems, private providers, and innovative digital tools — all connected ethically, transparently, and across borders.
Our Stage
Patiento is currently in early development in Poland, aligning with the national e-health strategy and the upcoming European Health Data Space (EHDS) framework.
This phase is about:
Listening to patients and clinicians
Mapping data pathways between hospitals and private clinics
Designing a prototype that respects GDPR and ethical interoperability
We’re a concept growing through credibility, evidence, and alignment.
Our first pilot will be small, deliberate, and measurable — a living example that better continuity of care is possible.
